Refund Policy

Mars Salon strives to provide the best possible experience for our guest, but we also understand that sometimes things are a miss or that there is a miscommunication. We give every client two weeks to live-in their hair. If it is not to your liking we will make service adjustments with the original service provider or with the owner. Tho We DO NOT offer refunds on services, we are happy to make adjustments as needed.
